The Q22-X is ideal for spheres, flats and aspheres up to 200 mm in diameter.

 

 

 

For rotationally symmetric surfaces, the Q22-X can polish and figure:

• High precision spheres & planos (lambda/4 to lambda/50 p-v)
• Mild aspherics (‹20 µm departure)
• Wild aspherics (›20 µm departure)
  

It yields highly accurate results for:

• High-aspect-ratio optics and substrates
• Correction of transmitted wavefront (windows, phase plates, entire system correction on one surface)
• Optical glasses, single crystals (calcium fluoride, silicon) and ceramics (SiC, WC)
• Optics for instruments, lasers, medical devices, and military applications
