In 2006, we introduced the first User Community Showcase which allowed us to showcase our customers and the remarkable results that they achieve everyday using their MRF and SSI equipment. This program proved to be highly successful and we've continued it, producing posters, banners and brochures that included our customers logos and descriptions, and if appropriate, contact information and referrals.

We are routinely approached by people looking for suppliers of precision optics, and we are of course pleased to make referrals to our customers. But we recognized an opportunity to gain greater even greater visibility for our customers. So now we took the User Community Showcase to the next level... and launched the Elite100 community and website.

Introducing the Elite 100

The Elite100 is essentially the evolution of the User Community Showcase -- a group of companies that manufacture superior optics using MRF polishing and SSI metrology.  Every QED customer has the opportunity to participate in the Elite100. There are no membership fees or dues. QED continues to promotes the Elite100 community and website as a means of driving more business to our customers, and creating greater market awareness of the benefits that MRF and SSI technologies bring to the manufacturing process.

The website includes a profile page for each company. In addition to posting your logo and company description, specific capabilities, contact information, events and case studies are also included. Today, the website serves an a go-to resource for optics buyers and will provide a great venue for our users to represent themselves as superior optics manufacturers.  The Elite100 QED is committed to support the efforts the Elite100, the growing group of precision optics manufacturers dedicated to advancing the optics industry through innovative manufacturing strategies.
