QED provides valuable information and resources to help you decide what equipment to purchase and how to utilize our systems to their fullest extent to drive your business forward.

 

One way we share information with customers is by providing technical papers, presentations, and application notes on MRF and SSI technologies and systems. This extensive library of technical information is available for customers through our website.

During the installation process, we will train your technical staff on how to run our systems and optimize them for use in your shop. Post installation, we offer customized training and application support that involves working with production parts and assisting with new applications to improve proficiency and utilization.

Additionally, we can provide training for your sales and marketing staff to assist them in understanding the unique advantages offered by MRF and SSI to best leverage them in the marketplace.

Each year, our worldwide customer base participates in QED’s educational programs. These highly interactive sessions allow you to drive change in QED’s future products, based on your “in the field” experiences. It is also an opportunity to meet face-to-face with your QED support team and interact with other MRF and SSI users. Over the course of a few days, we all learn and contribute to the advancement of the finishing and metrology standards this community is creating for the industry.
